The foundation of therapeutic massage - 5 techniques for health and balance
Classic massage, also known as Swedish massage, is the basis of modern physiotherapy. It is based on five fundamental techniques: effleurage (gliding), petrissage (kneading), friction, tapotement (percussion) and vibration. Each works differently - together they form a comprehensive method for improving circulation, relaxing muscles and enhancing the functioning of the nervous system. Classic massage can be used both preventively and therapeutically.

It should not hurt as a rule. The pressure intensity is adjusted to your preferences. When working on areas of significant tension a momentary discomfort may occur - always communicate your feelings to us.
The first relief can be felt after just one session. For lasting therapeutic effects we recommend a series of 4-6 sessions at regular intervals (every one to two weeks).
