Warm-up - gentle effleurage strokes with warm oil prepare the muscles and skin for the massage.
Main massage - smooth, rhythmic movements cover the entire body: back, shoulders, legs, feet. Pressure is light to moderate.
Relaxation time - after the session we cover you with a warm towel and give you a moment to gently come back from the relaxation.

For the vast majority of people it is completely safe and recommended. Exceptions are acute inflammatory conditions, fever or active skin diseases - please inform the masseuse before the session.
Undressing allows full contact with the body and better massage results, but you always set the comfort boundary. Private areas of the body are covered with a towel at all times.
A relaxation massage focuses on unwinding - it is slower, gentler and aimed at stress reduction. A classic massage uses more varied techniques and may have a stronger therapeutic effect.
Once or twice a month is the optimal frequency to maintain the effects. During periods of increased stress you can come even once a week.
