Relief for the spine, neck and shoulders - where tension accumulates
Back massage is one of the most frequently chosen forms of massage - because it is precisely the back, neck and shoulders that bear the greatest weight of stress, poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle. The session focuses on comprehensive work with the entire posterior part of the torso: from the base of the skull through the neck, shoulders, shoulder blade area, thoracic and lumbar spine all the way to the hips. We combine classic techniques, point pressure and elements of mobilisation for maximum relief in a single session.

Yes, a standard back massage session covers the entire posterior surface of the torso: lower back, shoulder blade area, upper back, shoulders, neck and the base of the skull. It is comprehensive work with the entire posterior muscle chain.
Massage can provide relief by relaxing the paraspinal and gluteal muscles that press on the nerve. It does not replace diagnosis and treatment, however. Inform the masseuse about your symptoms - we will select appropriate techniques.
We offer 60-minute sessions (focused on the back) and 90-minute sessions (also covering the legs or head). We can also arrange a 45-minute session focused on one problematic area.
Yes, massage is often used as part of therapy for scoliosis. Be sure to inform us of your diagnosis - the massage will be adapted to your spinal curvature.
