Traditional massage from Bali - a blend of aromatherapy, acupressure and stretching
Balinese massage originates from Indonesia and has for centuries been an integral part of Balinese culture. It combines elements of Ayurvedic massage, reflexology, acupressure and aromatherapy. It is characterised by a blend of gentle strokes with more intensive point pressure and passive stretching. The aromatic base oils used - coconut, jojoba or sesame - penetrate deep into the skin, nourishing it intensively and enhancing the relaxation effect. It is a massage after which you leave with a literally different body.

Balinese massage combines Eastern and Western traditions - it includes elements of acupressure, stretching and aromatherapy. It is deeper and more holistic than classic massage, engaging the body and senses simultaneously.
We use base oils (coconut, almond, jojoba) enriched with essential oils - lavender, ylang-ylang, sandalwood and others. You can choose your favourite scent or ask the masseuse for a recommendation.
It is deeper than a relaxation massage but not as intense as deep tissue massage. The acupressure is noticeable but should not be painful. The intensity is adjusted to your preferences.
Caution should be exercised during pregnancy and a doctor should be consulted. Intensive acupressure in the first trimester is not recommended. Please inform us of your pregnancy when booking.
