Precise manual therapy tailored to your specific problem
Individual physiotherapy massage is a professional form of manual therapy directed at people with specific pain complaints, after injuries, operations or with musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Unlike general relaxation massage, every session is preceded by a detailed interview and functional assessment, then precisely planned for a specific therapeutic goal. We apply manual therapy techniques, soft tissue mobilisation, trigger point therapy and therapeutic stretching.

Physiotherapy massage is directed at a specific health problem. It is preceded by a detailed interview and functional assessment, and the techniques are chosen therapeutically rather than just for relaxation. It requires anatomical knowledge and an understanding of pathology.
A referral is not required. It is worth having medical documentation with you (X-ray results, MRI, specialist reports) if you have it - it will help to plan the therapy better.
The number of sessions depends on the problem and how long it has been present. Acute pain often resolves after 2-4 sessions; chronic complaints may require 6-12 sessions. After the first session the masseuse will outline an estimated therapy plan.
Absolutely. Physiotherapy massage complements physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, kinesiotaping and acupuncture very well. Please inform us about any other therapies you are undergoing.
