Optimal recovery for active people - preparation, recovery and injury prevention
Sports massage is a specialised form of therapeutic massage developed for physically active people - both professional athletes and amateurs. Its purpose is to optimise physical performance, accelerate recovery after exertion and prevent injuries. We apply it in three variants: before exertion (stimulating), after exertion (regenerative) and as overuse therapy for injuries and post-workout pain.

No - sports massage is ideal for every active person: runners, cyclists, gym-goers, yoga practitioners and fitness enthusiasts. If you train regularly, sports massage will help you train more effectively and without injuries.
Yes, a gentle massage during DOMS can speed up recovery by improving circulation and removing metabolic waste products. We avoid intensive work on very painful areas.
With intensive training the optimum is 1-2 times per week. For recreational activity twice a month is sufficient. Around competitions or important sporting events the frequency can be increased.
