  2. The owner of idyllamassage.com will make every effort to ensure the Website operates continuously and without interruption.

  4. In order to make a reservation, the User must provide the data required in the reservation form and accept these Terms.

§ 3 Reservations

  1. To make a reservation on the Website, the User does not need to register an account.
  2. When making a reservation, the User must express acceptance of these Terms, which is a condition for submitting it.
  3. The information contained on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of civil law, but only an invitation to conclude a contract.
  4. The User may make reservations 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  5. A User making a reservation via the Website is obliged to provide accurate and truthful data.
  6. Submitting a reservation does not yet constitute the conclusion of a contract with the Website owner.
  7. After confirming the reservation, the system sends an e-mail or SMS with information about the reservation details and possible appointment confirmation.

§ 4 Payments

  1. Prices on the Website listed next to a given service are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. The User is informed by the Website owner of any change of appointment or cancellation by phone or e-mail.
  3. Payment for the service is made in person by the User on site, on the day the service is performed.

§ 5 Reporting threats or infringements

  1. If a User or another person or entity considers that content published on the Website infringes their rights, they should immediately notify the Website owner.
  2. The Website owner, upon being notified of a potential infringement, will immediately take steps to remove the infringement or clarify the situation.

§ 6 Personal data protection

§ 7 Final provisions

  1. The Website owner is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract in accordance with applicable law.

  3. In the event of a dispute arising from the concluded contract, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent common court.
